Our NEW host hotel is big, modern, friendly and located within the DFW Airport!! Connected to Terminal D, the Hotel is perfectly situated for our guests and offers free 24 hour shuttle service to and from the various gates and terminals within the airport. 

If you are driving to the hotel, you will receive complimentary covered self-parking adjacent to the hotel and free access in and out of the airport. You will need to stop at the entrance and take a ticket (do NOT go through the tolltag lane). Bring the ticket to the hotel to get validated. When you leave the airport, you must stop at an exit with an attendant (do NOT go through the tolltag lane) and give the attendant your validated ticket. You will be allowed to leave the airport free of parking charges. This procedure must be done each time you enter or leave the airport. You must be a guest at the Hyatt Regency DFW.

Also included within the hotel is an outdoor pool, a workout fitness center, and wireless high speed internet access. Enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the hotel’s various eating areas, grab a Starbucks in the lobby, and a relaxing drink (or two) at the Bar.

The Hotel staff is excited to host the 8th annual H.O.T. Heart of Texas Line Dance Event. Be sure to let them know your needs and how to serve you.

The room rate for our event is $169 for a traditional room with two full beds or one king bed. But the online registration quotes $172. That is because the hotel added a $3 state recovery fee.
