Our NEW host hotel is big, modern, friendly and located within the DFW Airport!! Connected to Terminal D, the Hotel is perfectly situated for our guests and offers free 24 hour shuttle service to and from the various gates and terminals within the airport.
If you are driving to the hotel, you will receive complimentary covered self-parking adjacent to the hotel and free access in and out of the airport.
Also included within the hotel is an outdoor pool, a workout fitness center, and wireless high speed internet access. Enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the hotel’s various eating areas, grab a Starbucks in the lobby, and a relaxing drink (or two) at the Bar.

The room rate for our event is $169 for a traditional room with two queen beds or one king bed. But the online registration quotes $172. That is because the hotel added a state recovery fee into the amount.
